What we collect
First name, email address, and the 50 assessment responses you submit. We also record your preference regarding whether you would like an emailed copy of your results.
Why we collect it
Your responses are processed to generate your personalized Flomation snapshot. Your email is used to identify your record and, only if you request it, to send a transactional copy of your results.
Storage
Assessment responses are stored in our database so results can be regenerated and for the administrator to provide operational oversight. Responses are not sold.
Marketing
Checking the box to receive your results by email requests only a transactional email containing your results. It does not subscribe you to marketing communications.
Requests
To request a copy or deletion of your data, contact the administrator at the email address on file for this deployment. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.
